the 1st "star" drag it
to your Header and place
it on the big flower on the
Frame_Border
82. Back to the gif
83. Edit > Undo Drag
84. Repeat Steps 81 - 83
until you are satisfied with
your Header
Note:
I placed the gif on the
big flowers in the Frame
_Border and around the
Frame of the Header
85. When satisfied with
your Header
View > Animation
86. File > Save As
